They could have shared a city bus system could transport you from the airport to them. Instead I had to pay for an expensive taxi. 38$ American for a 6 minute taxi ride 😕. Iceland is expensive enough on everything, so that would have been helpful.

Great service!

Staff was friendly. We arrived late and the kitchen closed at 9:30pm we got there at 9:25pm. Although the chef did not offer us the full menu, he did offer the sandwiches and the quick appetizers which were enough for hungry, late travelers.

All good bar prices were also reasonable Cheap at happy hour

My arrival at the Park Inn was at 7 a.m. due to an early flight. I couldn’t get a room until 10 a.m. with an additional hefty charge. My room, however, was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable.

I have probably stayed in around 20hotels this year and honestly the worst I have been. The price was £210 per night including breakfast, but I stayed in much better Premier Inn in UK for much less. The tourists keep coming and leaving literally 24h, and the noise from the hall kept me awake for most of the night. Breakfast lady on her own, so food running out very quickly and very basic choice. The cleaners noisy in the other rooms from the early hours, once I put the do not disturb card until 9:am so my room was not cleaned. On the other day very impatient knock on my door and asked if I needed fresh towels…really what time they need to finish. Also there was some mould in the shower area. I spent 4 nights and came back very tired- will not come back

Upgraded to a superior suite free of charge as hotel was fully booked upon arrival. Easy check in and check out.
