We did not have any water the second night of our stay. They said it would get fixed soon but it was out all night and the next morning as well. There were also ants that got into our bags and food.

Had to put the heating on when I arrived as the room was very cold. The decor was very old, paint peeling and skirting loose. The washbasin was clean, hairs on it and the water from the tap was just a dribb. Having a shower was difficult as when you held the shower head up the water stopped altog. At the garage, the hotel advertised the price as €12 when it was actually €17.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the shower holder was broken. Room was very dated.

Property was dated and tired more like a hostel

Hotel was fine but a bit dated. Good value for money and very convenient for ferry. Easy walk to bars and cafés etc.

Just an overnight stay before travelling on to Javea.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well presented. We had an enjoyable stay.

Cheap and clean accommodation for a night.

Basic 3 star hotel. Check-in went well. The hotel room is well presented. Three things I need to mention. 1) no socketts close to bed...very frustrating. 2) outside the window - major building eork were going on ...all afternoon and started at 8am saturday morning 3) loads of hair in bathroom over the walls

It was a definite 2 star more than a 3 star.The breakfast was cheap,but not good.The location was not central enough.

Near the ferry terminal parking 2 streets away excellent value for the position

Car parking space is reserved in a public car park two blocks away which cost €12 per night. The room was very small and quite basic. Overall the hotel would benefit from significant modernisation. You get what you pay for.

It was a great stop over and will stay longer next time

Misleading information in the web, the location of the hotel was not at the beach as indicated, the rooms smell bad, the area ugly, definitely not a 3 star hotel, all 6 people very disappointed with this selection. Beachfront hotel is not even near, was actually close to the port, bad and definitely not recommended

this hotel is right in the middle of Santander, easy access to all locations. The staff where really helpful and friendly. The hotel has a computer with free access to internet and free wifi. The room was pleasant enough. There is a small bar next to reception but we did not use it. Would recommend for price and location.

Nada recomendable, instalaciones viejas y deficientes, baño muy viejo. La limpieza muy baja! Telarañas en un rincon de la pared y suelo sucio. El desayuno muy pobre ... poca variedad y falta de cosas. El personal correcto , amable y simpatico .
