This was an excellent property and the staff was top notch. I have stayed multiple times at this location and it has always been a wonderful experience.

Excellent - clean and helpful

Excellent hotel

This doesn’t care for its regular customers, they all about policy and money and taking advantage of their customers with fraudulent charges

To start, check in was not the best and staff were not friendly. The room was not ready when we arrived. I felt like i was annoying the person assisting us because I had to ask questions about amentities because they didn’t take the time to walk us through what our stay and amenities included. They only gave us one card which was old and barely worked. When we got to our room, we had issues with the remote control that controlled the blinds, ac and lights. Also, The phone in the room did not work and we called the front desk from our personal phone, but not one ended up assisting us. Also, the bath room was missing towels and when we asked house keeping for towels, which were still around on our floor, they seemed annoyed.

The property should add wash cloths to the bathrooms.

It was amazing. Rooms alway so clean. Breathtaking view of the city. Breakfast was excellent and a lot to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. I recommend this hotel for anyone.

I slept in the most comfortable bed ever! Relatively walkable to every thing I wanted… Good breakfast and room service.

The property is very nice! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Very luxurious beautiful hotel, staff at reception was a bit presumptuous and do not accept early check in or late check out. Bedrooms were very clean and a stunning view on the city. Brake fast was delicious and waiters very nice. They have two gyms, one outside by the pool which was just out of this world a large clean and beautiful pool with tables long chairs perfect Spence for families and a jacuzzi. Next to the pool you will go downstairs and find a steam bath with natural real eucalyptus and another gym. The staff at the pool give your towels and drinks. You can eat breakfast outside by the pool or inside by the buffet. Nature around is breathtaking. This hotel has no self laundry and charge a lot to clean your clothes so your best option is self laundry in Lleras. At night the hotel changes, different kind of crowd and we did not like that. The nice part is at the roof top of the hotel, a stunning restaurant with all around views of the city, prices were between 35000 pesos and 100 000 pesos. The hotel is on a Main Street near all the restaurants and a few streets from a large mall, avoid Lleras park at night with kids.

The best hotel and breakfast ever. I loved it. The staff was so nice and hotel was very clean.
