The property is dated. There’s stairs on both sides of the elevator for some reason which make it almost worthless. The shower head in the bathroom was busted. No free airport shuttle even though it’s one of the closest hotels to the airport.

I would rate the property as a 4 star for location but definitely only a 3 for condition of the property. Clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment.

Unremarkable, one night in a hotel room. Nothing wrong with it, nothing outstanding either.

Cleanest hotel ever, they have cleaners working day n night, but all round a good choice, realy enjoyable stay

This hotel is outdated and boring. The quality of food is poor - the only exception was for a Christmas dinner- they made effort and prepared something better. Area is windy and cooler compared to los Christianos or Las Americas. There is not much to do if you don’t play golf.

Received a warm welcome at check in. Hotel is a little worn but very comfortable and well run.

Check in was very smooth and was more than satisfactory with Arianna. Miguel, also a front desk employee, was personable and helpful on our check-out the next morning.

Lovely hotel. Great staff. Loads of space in our suite. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment but don't let that put you off. Well worth a visit.

Check-in with Enrique went very smoothly. He was very personable and friendly. He gave us a very nice room. The next morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and our check-out with Nuria went smoothly. She confirmed our next stay with them and called a taxi to take us to the airport.

On arrival we were allocated a room on the ground floor. It transpired there was some refurbishment work nearby which was too noisy for us. I discussed with reception and they quickly responded by allocating us a different room on floor five with a stunning view . They were so helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you. Rooms are clean and staff helpful and friendly.

Stayed at this hotel a few times, staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired but I understand that the hotel is closing for several minutes for refurbishment.
