Room was clean and was serviced each day. Kitchenette was also clean and well stocked. Staff was kind and courteous.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We needed to check in earlier as we weren't feeling well and they allowed us to check in a few hours earlier. Good location.

Having the Kitchenette was nice. However the beds were awful and extremely uncomfortable. Felt like mattresses haven't been changed in a decade, plus the 1st level floor had an awful smell to it. Other positives were the staff was great, good location and the room appeared to be clean.

Clean room, staff, amenities and close to shops and drugstore. Overall, our stay was great and looking forward to visit Victoria in the future and stay in Red Lion Inns and Suites.
