Good overall experience Staff identified in was French as well

Room needed to be cleaned a little better Dust bunnies!

Breakfast was simple.

J'ai du tasser un bureau pour récupérer un objet tombé. Je pouvais voir qu'il y avait longtemps que le ménage n'avait pas été fait

First time staying here. The staff were exceptionally nice but some of the appliances were a bit dated. Not a big deal for just staying one night.

Room smelled weird. Item was previously guest was still there. Outlets were not working. Breakfast was good!

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful with a constant smile even with a lineup waiting to check in, The rooms and common areas are clean and tidy. Champlain Mall is across the street with a number of restaurants on St Paul St within a couple of minutes. The complimentary buffet breakfast is limited but good. I've been staying at Coastal Inn for more than 25 yrs and have no problem recommending it. A very good value for the price.

Front desk was very very nice. He certainly is very welcoming to everyone.

My only complaint is that the first room I booked was smelly. Luckily the nice receptionist changed my rooms so I was really happy with that. I also wonder about the accessibility access for being in wheelchairs. and there is no lock bolt on the doors like most hotels. But the room i was in was renovated, and the pool was a good temperature and my little one could just reach the bottom so she was happy. the staff was really nice and the location is great. There is also a small, free breakfast and endless coffee. I will stay here again next time I am down. My only suggestion is to add pool toys and maybe some different life jacket sizes in the pool area to make it more family friendly like i have seen in other hotels. That's it :) thanks for the great stay!
