Great room in a fantastic location. On the edge of the village so everything is a couple of minutes walk but you don't get the drunken noise at 3am. Parking is expensive, but comparable to the rest of the village.

Very close to the village centre which was literally across the road but also very quiet. So we slept well. We would definitely recommend this hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean.

Very old hotel and old facilities, immature receptionists, even no proper chair inside the room, no table, loud toilet flash awakens people in the room,…

Love the fact that this hotel is right next door to the best restaurant in Whistler. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful and their bike valet system is carefree and secure. Throw in a pool and hot tub with a quiet night’s rest and your stay is complete!

Room clean and comfortable. Close to Amenities such as the excellent restaurant "Wild Blue", which is steps away from the lobby entrance. Pool clean and temperature excellent. Hot tub was about same temperature as the pool, so not hot. Front desk staff stayed it would take at least a day to raise the temperature of the Hot tub.

The room was very clean, but quite small. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The best part is the property's location. It is literally 3-minute walk from the central part of the village. The room was roomy. The mattress was very soft, and it triggered my lower back problem after a night's sleep. The worst part was its poor soundproofing. The walls were thin, and the wooden floor upstairs was very noisy. I had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Staff checking us in and out are friendly, I love their smiles. Btw I am a loyal customer cuz of them. Thank you all lovely people, see you soon again :)
