Our first time in Malta was made all the better with our stay at the Hilton.

Excellent facilities throughout for adults and children. Friendly courteous staff. Even though one of our rooms was delayed in getting it ready for us we were upgraded to sea view from garden view. All in all we enjoyed our six night stay at this hotel and will love to return!

Whilst a large property it never felt crowded or overrun with people. With 4 pools catering for a variety of holiday makers, we were spoilt for choice but the adult only pool was a great bonus.

Location: Hilton Malta is located next to a lovely marina with few high end restaurants located there. Getting to hotel/roads can be slightly tricky at rush hour but not a big deal Hotel itself: Lovely building, with loads of amenities as you expect from a high end hotel. Nice and clean rooms(we were in a family suit). Staff are all attentive and smiling and want to help as much as they can. Few times we were not guided to the right information, this can only be due to lack of experience. Food: we were on a half board package. Breakfast and dinner was really good, quality of some dishes could be better but the variety of food and desserts was great. The restaurants were all nice, comfortable and well-staffed. We didn’t particularly liked the dinner at Neba. In two occasions our requests at breakfast and dinner were ignored. Minor complain about the buffet is that any drink you order for your table ( tea, water, soft drinks-we didn’t drink alcoholic beverages) will be charged to your room. This was not mentioned to us, and Expedia did not mention on their booking and we ended up with a bill for the beverages, something that we didn’t know we have to pay as no one had mentioned, so slightly unhappy with how we were misinformed. Spoke to duty manager at the checkout and didn’t feel she really appreciated my concern as a guest, despite repeating few times that I was unhappy with this. Overall a good and nice stay but can be improved.

Comfortable, convenient,nice pools

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly attentive and made our stay absolutely perfect. The rooms are beautiful and well proportioned. Food and drink is excellent, particularly the lovely Quartermaster bar over the marina. Ana in the restaurant was a lovely host and made special arrangements for our daughters birthday. Prakash deserves a special mention as well for being incredibly helpful.

Perhaps the best hotel in Malta, The Hilton Malta, at St Julian’s bay is a lovely hotel with friendly and professional staff, its Exec lounge is one of the best I’ve visited. It’s a moments walk from bars, restaurants and public transport.

Lovely stay just need to be more imaginative when it comes to events like with the football 2 small TVs isn’t good enough a hotel full of brits a bigger tv food available would have been a great addition and revenue booster for the hotel Just an opinion otherwise very happy on the whole

Rooms are clean and noise proof

Amazing hotel, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Could do with some final touches - nuts or crisps etc something with your drinks… Also no evening entertainment, which would be nice.
