Check in was easy and the gentleman at the desk very helpful and friendly!!

Beds were good, shower didn’t drain properly, location is good for surrounding activities, breakfast was sub-par.

Excellent staff and rooms

The hotel is the nicest best western I’ve stayed it. The rooms are extremely clean, are modern and the beds are comfy. Dan at the front desk was extremely accommodating and kind. The other front desk guy was also accommodating when we needed an early check in and the house keeping staff is attentive. Extremely happy with our decision to spend 2 nights here. Pretty close- close enough to drive or uber- to downtown. And felt like a safe spot being next to a Toyota dealership.

Stuck in the middle of an industrial area we were quite worried but once we walked in it was a luxurious quaint hotel. great walkability to and from the c train.

Clean room and convenient location. Love their swimming pool, free parking and free breakfast.
