The staff was friendly, and everything was walking distance from the Falls and Food.

The property was really close to downtown falls and the strip.

It is definitely a family hotel with lots of children running around and having fun. We had an awesome time. At the water park. Looking forward to going back.

This place was not worth what it cost for the stay. There was a terrible smell in the hallways that was almost nauseating. The rooms are outdated weren’t cleaned well at all. Thankfully I always travel with cleaning products! I spent the first 10 minutes wiping things down and picking up someone else’s hair. Kids were using the square courtyard hallways as a running track all day long, there was staff right there that never said a word to these children or their parents. The doors were constantly being slammed with the inside latch lock being used as a door prop so the door wouldn’t latch shut. Oh and good luck getting the outdated key system on the doors to work (which is probably why people were propping their doors open). It’ll take about 10 tries each time you try to get in your room. I understand this is a hotel with lots of kids but there’s still something called common courtesy for others that the hotel should enforce. The waterpark was ok but definitely shows its age. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

The staff was very good. The hotel is a cost friendly option located in the center of the activity in the area. Worth checking out.

It was OK, but the room was not that clean

It was pretty good just a few minor things. No freezer in the fridge. No microwave in the room. None of the staff seemed to know when the Waterpark opened and no hours for the Waterpark are on the website or posted anywhere that I could find them.

Great location. Can walk to many places

Loved the waterpark, had issues with card keys had them replaced no problem. But hotel different needs updating. Carpet in hallways are so ripped or pulled they need to be stretched back into place to get rid of the folds.

The hotel was very old, and so was the restaurant. The hotel and water park were very different from the photos shown on the website and Expedia. I won’t be coming back here again.

Need to helps with swimming pool and hot tub and should’ve explain they will charge for parking

Really convenient if your a family with kids

Very family friendly. Older hotel but comfortable. Attached restaurant is convent for adults & kids. Walking distance to everything keeps the noise chaos down. Very helpful and knowledgeable front desk & Staff. We had a great stay.

I agree that this hotel is recommended for families with kids because it includes access to the waterpark. However, aside from that, the property feels quite old, and you can notice it as soon as you enter the room. The outside view was very disappointing. My room faced a large pipeline system, which was not pleasant at all. I was also surprised that parking was charged separately even after booking a hotel room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. At this price point, you can easily find better hotels in Niagara Falls with much nicer views and better overall value.
