Everything was perfect.

The location was excellent for the tram station, the port and the city centre The only downside was the bed was against the wall on one side meaning my husband had to climb to get in or out of bed.

We confirmed a room with two twin beds but were first given a room with one double bed, and it was directly across from a noisy elevator. We went back down to reception and specifically requested a room with two twin beds, away from the elevator. We were given a room with twin beds, but made up as a king bed, and of course the room was again directly across from an elevator. Annoying.

The location was ideal for walking around Bergen. The breakfast was full of options and held in a dining room.

Sadly no coffee in the room.

Excellent location, great staff

Perfect location by the harbour, plenty of shops/restaurants and near to Byparken for airport transfers. Our room on the 7th floor was quite small and had low/angled ceilings so made it hard to walk around. Building work at the back of the hotel also woke us up early everyday. Breakfast was nice but not much choice compared to other Scandic hotels I’ve stayed in. Would stay again though.

Our room asigned to us was a handicap room so it was a little bit bigger. Room very clean, breakfast had lots of options, hotel was ajacent to the harbour tourist district and and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very clean and provided everything we needed for a one night stay. Brilliant location, but quite a characterless hotel
