We had a delicious dinner and breakfast at hotel. Rooms and facility are clean and well appointed.Staff were great. I highly recommend!!

Great location right on the beach , staff are nice people for the most part . Rooms are clean . One downside was that there was no fridge in any of the rooms which was a minor inconvenience.

Property was nice as well as the staff. Shower in the room was only room temperature and did not adjust at all with either handle. Would have liked to see a swim up bar or central location to get drinks during the day rather then going to the restaurant all the time.

I had a shirt stay and found staff very responsive and kind. I enjoyed the ambience and ocean views. Food was delicious too.

La Ropa is a beautiful beach to stay on. Hotel was very basic. No Coffee or refrigerator in room. Had to buy water bottles at bar or at store next to hotel. Had to buy coffee at bar as well. We were in a room at end of hall next to what appeared to be an employee area. On a few mornings the employees were very loud as we were trying to sleep. The massage service was amazing though! My husband and i both got massages and we were very happy.

Great location with direct access to beach and restaurants. Easy to get a cab to town.

Good room nothing fancy. Breakfast is great although weak coffee. The towels are so worn and grey. That would really help if they were new. Staff is very nice. The vibe is older.

Great little unpretentious hotel right on the beach. Stayed in February and 99% of the other guests are retired snowbirds from up north that spend a few months here during the winter. Super friendly margaritaville type crowd.

From checkin to checkout and everything in between - zero complaints. Checkin was friendly, fast and efficient, the room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping kept the rooms stocked, clean and tidy. On my first day there I had lost an earring without being aware of it. The next day, there was my earring by the sink - they had found it on the floor and set it in plain sight for me to find. The restaurant staff did such a great job. The service was top notch and they made you feel welcome. After a couple days they remembered your name and room number. Utilizing the pool and beach amenities along the most beautiful beach was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Simple but very clean room, staff wonderful. Being able to walk right out to the beach and watch the ocean and beach from the hotel and restaurant is wonderful

Room was clean, A/C worked cold and quiet, pools were great, can’t beat beachfront location, excellent walking beach. Great selection of food all day, staff very pleasant. Water dispensers were very handy since there is no fridge in rooms. Love the old world Mexican vibe and decor. Not the newest resort on La Ropa but also not the most expensive. Stores, restaurants, bars, water toys, taxi stand, shopping…all near by. Good value

Beachside at La Ropa. Has pool and on-site restaurant. Hard to beat. Ocean side or pool side rooms are much better than Garden side rooms. Great service

Very warm and helpful staff, nice room that was clean with basic essentials. Wonderful pool area, close to the beachfront and great restaurant that was accessible! Thank u for a great stay!

Really would appreciate a small room fridge in such a warm climate

The room was in good condition, although having the sink outside the bathroom wasn’t great. The Wi-Fi was a little slow, but the staff in general couldn’t have been nicer.
