The property was okay. Room was beautiful. Property overall was beautiful and well kept. Checkin was not good. Staff not professional and had to change rooms after checkin and arguing for a different room. We had paid for upgraded room and requested a king. Somehow there wasn't a king in the whole resort.... Drinks were not serviced in mini bar unless you were there to make requests. Food was okay. Nothing great. We were told there was no availability for restaurants, but the restaurants were always empty. When we did get reservations there would be less than 5 other diners. Seems ridiculous that you couldn't get reservation. We saw some walk in without reservations, but when we tried we were told no. We know this for a fact because we had become friends with a couple on the beach that got in every night without reservation. No restaurants were open for breakfast or lunch. Buffet was only option...which was just okay. Best part of buffet was crepes every other night. Swim bar was nice, but no service to beach area only swim area. It was just 2 of us for our 22nd anniversary. It was a relaxing week, but not sure if we would go back. We would not take our family...not enough options for kids and getting reservations would be a nightmare.

Had a great time. Will definitely return, the reception crew was very helpful and the staff as a whole was great.

Most of the attendants were friendly. The curtains in the room didn't look too clean.

My favorite thing about the hotel was the convenience of having a mall with a laundromat, supermarket, hairdresser, souvenir store, and pharmacy within a five minute walk. What I didn't like was that the coffee cups were often not washed thoroughly and the food was salty.

Overall it was a great time at the resort. I was only there for a couple of days, on my own, and the experience more or less met what I was expecting. It was a very relaxing vibe, mostly older demographic and families. Not a big resort by any means, but the beach area was very big, and there was plenty of space and lounge chairs at any time. The pools were pretty small, but not ever over crowded. The buffet food was slightly above par for an all inclusive, and the restaurants were ok - the Japanese steakhouse dinner was by far the best experience! Super quiet evenings in the resort, definitely not a party crowd, and generally not extremely social. Majority of servers and bartenders were great and nice, although had a few conversations that were tough to have with those who did not know English. I’d definitely recommend this place for folks who want a simplistic relaxing time by a beach.

The hotel is nice. It’s in a nice little area with a small mall close by with some cute shops. Our favorite staff members were two of the greeters. They were always friendly and chatting with us when we would go out and about for anything. The rest of the staff was not as friendly. Some just came across as being annoyed and not interested in helping or being there. The restaurants were fun. One thing I wish they did compared to other all inclusive is having walk up snack bars throughout the hotel and not just in one restaurant for a few hours. One thing to also be mindful of. Don’t leave money in your clothes or out. I had unfortunately left pesos in a pair of my swim shorts and it was not there the next day after the cleaning crew came in. So that was disappointing.

I enjoyed every part of my stay. Wonderful people and staff, food was amazing, service was amazing, and the resort is absolutely stunning! Thank you.

3rd time at this property , enjoy the convenience of the property, easy access , love the buffet and staff is very attentive! We look forward to coming back !

The resort is very suitable for families with children and seniors.

We were not at the VIP, not sure if we should be at the VIP area, but they did NOT let us access any VIP area in there !!!

Nice, friendly, and excellent beach

Upgraded nicely to a beautiful place that made us feel welcome. Relaxed, cheerful, wonderful atmosphere. Can't beat being right on the ocean and close to excursion companies like Vallarta Adventures!
