At first I was given a room where the Aircon wasn’t working so I did go downstairs and complain for the first time in my life. They sent a handyman up and he turned it on but I was trying to explain to him. It’s not working. It’s blowing out a little bit of beer but not colder. It’s 38 at the moment after sitting in a room sweating I did go downstairs and a lovely woman did change my room and I got a room with Aircon pleasant staff helpful breakfast was nice

Only stayed for a night as came in from late flight, staff was kind and helpful and room was comfy with air conditioning. Needed as it was very hot

Great location, spacious room, mini fridge,breakfast was fab,lovely staff and super garden area outside. Air con was a godsend in the 40 degree heat outside. Couldn't fault this hotel. Grazie mille.

A very positive experience. Excellent breakfast with phenomenal cherries. Warm and present manager. Focused staff. Grazie per sua pacienza con il mio Italiano! I appreciated how it was close to everything but also a bit away from the cacaphony. Wifi was not strong for me to work on my computer but that didn't really matter too much. However, if you have to get a bit of laptop work done and need the internet, bring your own SIM. Wifi was okay for cell phone. Raiplay (italian tv) was showing World Cup Games- huge plus.

All of a hotel on a city break was very good near centre. near station ts a great place to stay.

A spacious, serviceable business hotel. The staff who maintain the rooms and provide the breakfast are exceptionally nice. The front desk is all business. The breakfast is plentiful. The air conditioning in the room goes out occasionally but the women who maintain the rooms will call to have it turned back on for you. Suitable for a one or two night stay

Very friendly welcome , nice clean, quiet large room with balcony. Great for breakfast although the set up for collecting your food could be improved . Really appreciated being able to have coffee / tea from the machine in the evening .

We liked our one day stay as it was conveniently located in walking distance from the train station and the old town. The breakfast was good and staff nice.

AC didn’t work. Bedding had blood stain on it. Room is very outdated and lacking in amenities. Felt a bit grubby. Didn’t try the breakfast. Luggage can be left but it’s stored in a communal and unlocked area.

Conveniently close to train station, safe area, walkable to all historic attractions. I arrived early and was allowed early check in. Room was small but well appointed and clean with a modern bathroom. I was very pleased with my choice -

Stayed here for three nights and pleasantly surprised how good and convenient this was. 15min walk from historic centre 5 min walk from central train station. Very clean rooms, adequate space, very quiet. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fantastic breakfast. Would definitely recommend for shirt stayed to explore Bologna, Firenze and Modena (by train).

Fueron flexibles con mi reservación ya que nos pudieron resolver un inconveniente que tuvimos a llegada. Ya que nos pasaron a un departamento que igual es de hotel. El resto de la semana nos ovidaron por completo, peor que in AIRBNB, la ubicación estaba muy sola y peligrosa, muy lejos de centro y de la estación, no hay tiendas o restaurantes cerca. Por lo que nuestro día acababa muy temprano. El lugar muy obscuro y tétrico, paredes muy cortas por lo que se escuchaban las conversaciones de los vecinos
