Outstanding staff and customer service. Everything was amazing. Breakfast can be a little for the price it costs or just lower the price of it. Otherwise truly exceptional.

Room was a little cool & control took a time to kick in.

We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.

Fantastic customer service as usual from all staff areas. Breakfast is a treat. Staff always happy to go that extra mile for guests. Arriving when the night porter has started is always a bonus as he helps with the small things I need. Like a doorstop to let me get my scooter out of the room. Visiting the Vale is an all round positive experience.

Clean large room, friendly staff, excellent pool facilities. The pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room are lovely and can be used by hotel guests, not just spa guests. The pool is a lovely warm temperature. I had a spa treatment & thoroughly enjoyed it. The posh restaurant is the breakfast restaurant & very overpriced, especially for meat. The cheaper restaurant is just outside it, it’s a sports bar with TVs everywhere. Breakfast was sensationally good, great selection, food superbly well cooked & supply maintained. Both crispy streaky bacon & pink back bacon available. Definitely a highlight for us.

Was given room with balcony thank you, room and bathroom clean. Hole in carpet where bed castor was. Complimentary toiletries sparce. If you wanted to take a bath you couldn't reach any body wash/shampoo as attached to the wall in the shower and next to sink. Drinks in bar quite expensive, but nice relaxing place for quiet drink. Barman pleasant, he changed tv channel for us. Cocktails disappointing.

lively bog vathtub , but no soap or bodywash available in tub. Only available bodywash was fixed to the wall above the sink, and fixed to the wall in the separate shower cubicle on the other side of the bathroom. I had to fill a cup with bodywash and balance it on the side of the bath in order to wash in tne bath

The room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. Food is good but in my opinion very overpriced! I also had to pay £5 to hire a spa robe which in my experience is not commonplace. That being said, the spa was lovely and never too busy. The breakfast was of very high standard and overall it was a pleasant experience.
