No nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Restaurant was closed on Saturday night. Restaurant food okay. Staff at restaurant good. The bar is not open until eight p.m. I think it should open at 1200 or, at the latest, around 1600 so that guests can refresh and have a drink after touring the lovely city of Burgos.

Very well located with an excellent breakfast. On the edge of the old town so convenient for all amenities and tourist attractions.

Hotel is on a very busy road. No parking available on-site, so had to unload luggage and hold traffic up. Public Car Park not too far away but disappointing not to be able to park at Hotel. Only 1 member of staff on Reception so he was a little overworked, but very pleasant. Public areas recently refurbed and very nice. Room was nice enough with a comfy bed. However, a little overpriced for what it was. Supposed to be De-Luxe. Coffee machine with no Coffee. Room very warm. Adequate bathroom. Poor service in the restaurant and no-one manning the bar. Nowhere to relax in the bar area and just have a drink. Cafe area had nice seating but vending machines for refreshments! Nice enough place but probably wouldn't return, although the location for City is excellent.

Parking was adecuate. Breakfast was poor although the attendants were excelent. The cafeteria and bar hrs are a mess. Locatio is ok but a good 10-15 minutes walk to bars and restaurants on the area.

I really enjoyed our stay. Very useful having a secure car park available for guests under the hotel. Price was €16. Only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and famous church/cathedral- which is spectacular! The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and dark due to the electric shutters. All in all, a good value hotel in a great location. Only negative was there was no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Friendly receptionist.

The hotel has an excellent location, the interior decor indicates it did have a glorious past. After we went back to hotel close to mid-night, we realize the room has a foul smell as if the last guest(s) did a gigantic vomiting. It was so late at night and we were so tired , we decided to stay. We did tell the hotel stuff the next day. Their reply was they had never experienced that before and they will asked the cleaning people to check it out. We were leaving and we did not really expect a refund or something like that, but the stuff could be more sympathetic and provide a few comforting words.

Very close to Catedral de Burgos... You can go for a very pleasant walk. Everything is close.

The room was very small and the bed was right on the light switches so when you rolled over you switch on the lights. The room was hot as the aircon for the entire hotel had been switched off

This was a 4 star hotel which was quite central. My wife has an exam in Burgos at 08.00 in the morning following our stay, so we had to sleep well and be fresh for the next day. It didnt quite happen. The room smelled awful (everywhere had the horrible smell of tobacco smoke) She finished with migrane and did not sleep much. I also didnt sleep well and really do not know how the hotel got a 4 star rating. I needed a toilet brush as I eaten something bad, and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The bed was very hard and not comfortable, the sheets as i said before smell really bad of smoke. There was no tea/coffee in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel. The hotel seemed quite old and run-down, some of the tiles in the bathroom was broken and not repaired. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is its about 5-10 minutes walking to the main sights of the city.

Location on a busy road so pull into garage parking entrance on arrival and buzz through for access.Beware light timing as garage goes very dark. Spaces are also narrow. Room comfortable as was bed and room and en suite cleanliness to a high standard. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.Only gripe was that their was no daylight coming into the room from the only small shuttered window.

Looked for an place close to the bus station and close to center of town. Friendly staff and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Garage is diifficult because front desk must open the door which is the basement. However, there is very limited street parking.

Good location that even during holy week (Semana Santa) we could still drive to but then only needed to walk 2 blocks to see the processions and about 4 blocks to the river and wonderful part of town. Burgos downtown is very nice and the Cathedral is a MUST SEE.

The room would have been comfortable, except that "non-smoking" evidently meant the smoking was no longer allowed. However, the smell of smoke was still very much there. We asked for and received a different room, but the problem was still there. If the smell of smoke doesn't bother you, the room was otherwise fine, and the location is excellent, only three blocks from the must-see catherdral and good restaurants aroud its square.
