We were overall very impressed with the hotel. We stayed in the junior suit and it was very spacious for us as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and baby). It was clean, staff were friendly, there was a descent variety for breakfast and the location was great.

Lovely fresh accommodation. Quick check in, very helpful staff. Bedroom was spacious, well furnished and well presented. Bathroom was spotless, rainfall shower was great, organic toiletries were provided including toothbrush kits. The locations was good, most of the tourist sites were only a short walk away, which meant the area around the hotel was nice and quiet when it came to settling down for the night. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Staff were friendly

This hotel is situated about a 20–30-minute walk from the heart of Seville. We loved doing that walk every day since we like to walk. Sevilla has such a wonderful weather. Plaza de España is only 10-15 minutes away from it. If you do not want or like to walk, the hotel is very well connected with a metro stop and an urban rail just across the street. The area is very safe. The hotel had a great buffet that we did not use but it is there if you prefer an easy option. There is a VIPS at the next block that we did use. The staff at the reception was always welcoming, polite and willing to help. We had a wonderful experience while staying at this hotel and we recommend it if you plan to stay in Sevilla.

Overall great hotel to stay at! Tram and bus across the street to go to Centro and Nervion.

Hotel is very nice and clean, but we did see a few ants (la hormigas) in our room. We alerted the staff but nothing was ever done to our knowledge. It didn't detract from our stay and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised at the amount of space in our room. Everything was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but machine in the foyer (extra cost) and free iced water. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Great large room next to lift but the sound proofing is excellent and never heard anyone outside in the corridor, would definitely return.

Excellent location just next to tram, metro and train stations. Very nice modern hotel, good sized rooms, comfortable beds and rainfall and standard shower.

Wonderful place to stay for my visit to Seville!

easy access to city centre, taco bell, McDonald's 50m away. Not much option for hot food for vegetarian/vegan, only fruit and bread, baked beans. Otherwise good size rooms and clean.

This is an extremely convenient location and everything about the hotel was light, clean, and pleasant.

Excelente servicio en la recepción ! Son muy atentos! El cuarto súper limpio y cómodo! El aire no estaba disponible por la época del año! Tuvimos que abrir la ventana. Y se escuchaba un poco de ruido! Pero está en buena ubicación!! Nos encantó!! 100% recomendado!

Fresh breakfast and good range

Service was very good.

Clean but very basic- like a dorm room. No fan or AC and the hotel is kept quite warm. WiFi did not work. Hotel was pretty empty and yet no spacing between occupants and the noise from the other occupant and the street below was no fun.

Great location, lovely hotel. Decent service from staff. Shame about that there is no coffee facilities in the room.
