Amazing place for the price, staff gave our dogs a treat present for welcome, grounds and view are beautiful, food was great, staff were great.

Room was tastefully decorated, smelled fresh and clean, bed was comfortable, beautiful views of the lake, lots of nice amenities provided. Will most definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this wonderful Inn!

My husband had our 2 dogs there and he is very impressed with the property and the space in which he can take the dogs out to for walks and play.

The South Thompson Inn has a quiet country charm that makes for a peaceful stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool — a nice way to cool down at the end of a warm day. Its close proximity to the golf course was a major plus. While we were disappointed by the extra charge for the in-room fridge, the on-site restaurant served good food. Overall, a relaxing and convenient spot, especially for golfers.

Had a lovely stay, Diving into the Pool on a hot Summer day, stilles the property along the Thompson River and enjoyed the Inn’s Athmosphere!

Really nice accommodations. My only suggestion would be to clean the cob webs and bugs from the patio deck.

Not worth the money. No fridge or microwave in room. Facility was clean but outdated. Be prepared to pay way too much for a limited continental breakfast.

It was awful- smelly room, rattling AC, no wifi,failure by staff to address concerns . Food was microwaved.

Great getaway for the family. Quiet place with such great views. Pool and hot tub with the family is definitely a plus!

Best perk was to see/feed horses!!!! Great view and has hot tub/pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Lovely setting.

We had a great check in. The employee was kind and helpful. I'm sure many years ago this boutique hotel was beautiful, but now it seems unkept and overgrown. The pool and hottub were both very dirty, hottub was unusable it was full of hair and bugs. Maybe understaffed? The hotel itself(apart from the room) felt old, dark and stuffy. The room was clean and bright, it didn't really match the rest of the hotel. Cobblestone pathway up front probably used to be nice, but now is a tripping hazard. Overgrown weeds and shrubs really take away from the properties charm. Overall it wasn't inherently bad, just needs some help. The staff was very friendly but we wouldn't stay here again.

Very nice and clean property. The staff were courteous and super helpful. We had a river facing room which was a plus definitely.

This is a nice hotel and conference centre but it’s way off the beaten track. It takes half a hour to get there from downtown. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and individually named, the room was clean and fresh, the linens and pillows were great, the bed was good, and the bathroom was clean. We had a balcony with a great view, and we had an opportunity to have food in the restaurant and it was tasty. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that the front stairs really need to be redone. There are a recipe for disaster and given the senior the average senior age of the customers, they really should consider that a priority.
