Very friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable bed, clean and we even had two bathrooms! Staff were super friendly.

The location is perfect and it’s very nice place to relax.

I come back here every time I’m in Paris. The location is ideal for me (2 minutes from the Metro), great value, comfortable room - and also good air conditioning.

A very simple hotel in the Bastille. Our room was clean and served our needs. The metro was right at the end of the street and there were a lot of shops and places to eat. It's absolutely fine for the price you pay. Staff was super friendly.

Motel vibes, definitely not a 3 star hotel... Whole lobby under renovation, wasn't informed of it when I booked, only got a message a few days before checking in, mentioning some minor renovation in the reception area. This hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel, and got nothing remotely close to it. Rooms are very basic, old, and actually in need for a make over too. No complimentary water was offered. On our first night we couldn't sleep as there was some terrible noise coming from the ventilation in bathroom all night. This room should never be offered to any guest!!! We were offered another room the next day with a better setting but still in need of renovation and styling (plastic chair, very sad woodden cupboard in bathroom, only basic liquid soap and no little extras in bathroom). On a positive note, Stephane at reception was very professional and helpful.

Muy bueno pero la ducha es muy pequeña y resbaladiza. No tiene conexiones cerca de la mesa de Luz para cargar los celulares. Ponen un único jabón líquido para el cuerpo y para lavarse el cabello.

Clean, spacious and had two bathrooms! Large comfortable bed, desk, sofa and tv! Very good value for money

It was very quiet and out of the busy areas.

We arrived early. The man at the desk couldn’t have been friendlier. We checked into a small room with a large window that opened from the 6th floor overlooking the busy street below. Overall I give this hotel high marks. It has great value for the price & the staff makes you feel special. Also, very good location. Love the 11th.

The receptionist who checked us in was exceptional. So friendly, so knowledgeable and welcoming. The room itself was lovely although outdated. If you looking for a spot to kip for a couple of nights, this does the job.

Clean and functional. Staff helpful. Walls very thin. Location perfect though!

The staff is very kind and attentive. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Rating 4 stars due to the size of the shower that can barely accommodate an average sized adult - I’m 5’6”, 185 lbs, and could not turn around without bumping the knobs and shutting off the shower.

The area is a bit out of the tourist area but there is a very close Metro stop so it is still convenient to get around the city.
