Rooms are clean but in need of updating. NB if you’re arriving after 9pm expect some issues as reception is not staffed and co located restaurant staff are less than helpful

The breakfast was good at Roy’s. The hotel is next to the train station which made commuting easy.

In urgent need of renovations. Highlight was a very good breakfast in cafe next door and was included in the price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I checked in late, easy to get any answers I needed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was lovely, and the WiFi was good.
