Great location near the oldtown cathedral, and the train station. Breakfast is good, and all the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms have been renovated, but starting to show some signs of wear and tear. Rooms are very quiet eventhough the hotel is located on a busy intersection.

Everything was very good and excellent except for the elevator that needs to be service it doesn’t work properly i used several times and it look like is not programmed properly I was using the stairs instead as it take for ever to use the elevator!

Clean rooms. Service was good. No slippers, no bathrobe in the room. Great location.

A large breakfast buffet which included hot food, a big bathroom with a large sink and plush towels, friendly staff, and convenient location. I had read there was some sort of shuttle arrangement at the hotel for a cost, but that isn’t true. They will reserve a taxi for you, but that’s it.

The room was lovely and spacious. Although the cot was missing, the bed was fine for one night. The bathroom was great and the whole space was comfortable. Thank you!

The issue with this property was that after a very late arrival, close to 1am, we were given a room that wasn't clearly set for guests. No bedsheets or towels and the room had not been cleaned. We had stayed here multiple times and as per usual we had advised them of the late arrival to ensure there was no question of us not turning up and risking the room we booked being given to someone else. But to our surprise and after a long journey and arriving with a child, we still had to go through this experience. Simply unacceptable.
