The location was fantastic. For an older property, well-maintained and clean. Handy to have laundry available. Quiet for being in the heart of downtown. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay there again for sure!

I had a very satisfying stay overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience very comfortable. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very reasonable and good value for the price. The location is absolutely perfect and very convenient for getting around. I would give it a 100/100. Overall, it’s great value for money and a place I would definitely stay at again.

Very noisy. Tv only worked about half the time we were there. Thankfully wasn’t a hot weekend because the AC was very weak.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and updated, bed was comfy too. The continental breakfast was decent for being included in the cost. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of downtown. We'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel was walking distance to the boardwalk, beautiful park, and beach. There was a good vibe with lots of good restaurants. The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, and nice towels. Enjoyed the full breakfast buffet before heading out. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I hope we will have a chance to stay at the Royal Anne Hotel again.

Great location, nice walking distance to events at Prospera Place. Only downfall is that the road in front is foot traffic only making it a minor inconvenience for taxi pick up (no cars can also be a positive). Lots of great unique restaurants close by, Sunny’s is amazing! Hotel breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly & helpful. I would absolutely stay here again! Interesting communal balcony on the second floor overseeing the busy Burrard St foot traffic. One block to the paths around the lake, beautiful!

Room was modern and clean. Toilet did not work properly. It is a nice hotel but the street life out the front door takes away from the whole experience.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Bedding was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Clean well maintained hotel, very centrally located. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at The Royal Anne Hotel! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was better than expected, which made traveling with kids much easier. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the hotel offered great value for the price. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kelowna! 😊
