The hotel is great! The room is very nice and well maintained, with a balcony and AC. The area around it is upscale, and incredibly safe. You can definitely walk around at night alone without a worry.

The place was so noisy and I couldn't sleep my whole stay in the night.very disappointed.after a surgery I was expecting a little bit more of quiet time to help with my recovery.

Comfortable hotel close to many stores and Avenida Paulista. The fitness center is amazing! It has a lot of equipment, free wights, and a very open area big enough for a group workout class!

Great, convenient safe

Well located in good neighborhood. Condition of the room was not great. We had to ask them to change the desk chair in the room because it has obvious human fluid stains on it. They had to spray down the table chair with alcohol. Room was large but somewhat dated. Power outlets were not located near the bed. The breakfast (delivered to room due to COVID) was substantial.

I always have a great stay at the Golden Tulip. It is a great value for the money - the staff is very friendly and the location is in Jardins - one of the best neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. The hotel is also close to Park Ibirapuera which is a great park for walking, running or playing basketball. The breakfast is also very good.

Breakfast was great. However, internet connection was horrible!!! I stayed for 2 complete days and neither day did someone come to clean my room. On the second day I even asked the front desk for my room to be cleaned as I left for a meeting. 3 hours later when I got back it still did not get clean.

Hotel is fine for a business stay. Rooms are a bit old and need renovation. The bed is hard. Could be cleaner.
