Everything was wonderful except we were staying for four nights and I needed to do laundry. I have a single laundry machine on the seventh floor that is your typical European combined washer dryer and they operate horribly. I’m not sure why they call them eco-friendly after approximately 3 1/2 hours and still soaking wet clothes, I had to go find a local laundromat to dry my clothes. Very inconvenient.

Great hotel and staff

Great place to relax and unwind when in Riga . It lies in the middle of a big park and is strategically located on tram lines 1 and 5 which is a short ride from downtown and Central Station. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help. They are all fluent in English. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price is -

Being in a convenient location right on a route of public transpot from Riga city center to the Airport makes it ideal place to rest before or after your flight. However the walls are quite thin and TV playing in the neighbouring room did not help to get a proper rest. The hotel offered well equiped complimentary breakfast, wich was a good surprise, as it was not mentioned on the booking. There are no swimming pool, but there is a spa, but visits must be booked in advance.

Check-in: better but not perfect (4 stars out of 5)

The hotel was in a great location, not too far from the Christmas market, walking distance but with the option of public transport as well. Only downside was finding a table for breakfast in the morning, very busy, but if allowed time you would get one eventually. Would recommend if visiting Riga.

Medioker hotell. Svag service i restaurangen. Rummen städades inte under vår vistelse, Spa var inte tillgänglig/upptaget. Frukosten var helt okey.

Book spa on arrival, to avoid disappointment. But overall it was amazing

I visit the hot ice Kiz Festival, when I arrive the room was not ready (15:20). The hotel bar close to early 23:00? better 01:00 or 02:00

It's nice, well kept hotel close to a city centre and with excellent public transport options. Large car park too.
