Air Conditioning was strong …. restaurant was very good … pool was pleasant

The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. My favourite stop when I drive south through Italy.

Great hotel with a beautiful lobby!

Everything throughout our stay was truly exceptional, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations in almost every regard. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all of an impressively high standard. Our only minor disappointment was the absence of an outdoor pool, as we had been under the impression prior to arrival that such a facility would be available. Nevertheless, this did little to detract from what was otherwise a wonderfully refined and memorable stay.

Very cool place with a little deferred maintenance

The hotel was good but their selection for lactose intolerant people could clearly be improvisation when it comes to breakfast. Great parking inside the hotel area whith closed gates

The bed sheets were not changed throughout my stay. I even left a lipstick mark on purpose to check, and the sheets were still not replaced. There was no shampoo provided initially — we had to request it. The building is very old, the shower is extremely small, and the internet connection was the worst I’ve experienced. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not return, nor would I recommend this place to others.

The hotel was beautiful and the room luxurious and clean.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was fine, but not great. I would stay here again.

Staff very helpful. Room was nice. AC about like AC in most of Europe. Great bar. Don’t even think about driving to the royal palace. The star will arrange a cab.

Gorgeously appointed Baroque design outside and in. Collection of Italian Borone ceramics throughout the hotel.

They had a money exchange, they did not. You never answered the phone when you call about changing the air conditioning. It was way too hot in the room. The whole stay and the transparency, and they list on their page is not what they provide.

It was fine, make sure your down for breakfast early as they start to clear up and turn machines off 30mins before the end

Excellent restaurant dinner. Poor neighborhood surrounding.
