We stayed here as a one night stay as a family on route down to Switzerland, it was a little challenging to find the hotel park through google maps and were provided with a room with two doubles when I had asked for single beds in the children room but the hotel staff where really accommodating and helpful. We all slept amazing well after a long journey.

We had a great stay for 3 nights here. It was such a beautiful location - lovely walking out to the water, and behind was a lovely park. The bed was comfy, room was spacious. We had to take the key card out at night as it was really loud (the actual slot seemed to make a vibration noise, as well as the air con). We also said we’d appreciate another pillow, although they probably would’ve provided them had we asked. We didn’t eat here or have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall a great stay, thanks very much!

Warm and friendly staff, clean and close enough to all site seeing areas of Koln. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is great as is the location, but some members of staff need better customer service! Despite advising them 2 times that we couldn’t check in until the morning after our reservation we were made to feel like we we causing them a problem when we arrived ‘late’. One of the days there was no hot water and our coffee machine was kaput!

Lovely hotel very welcoming

The room was very spacious an clean. The bed was super confortable. The shower was absolutely lovely. You got to use the shower. I would love one at home like this. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that could be better is a tea kettle rather being on a table then in a shelf. Very hard to work in there and the steam will bend the shelf after time. But I absolutely loved my stay.

Very nice hotel

The stay was very nice. Ms Asti was very accommodating, friendly, and took the time to ensure our stay was good.

Everything was fine except i asked soap to be refilled but it took 2-3 days to have it done.

Great hotel, in excellent location. Mediapark is a great place to stay- lovely lake, nearby walks and easy walkable distance to all key sights. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Air conditioning isnt great, but powerful fans are available. Highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.
