No breakfast included but I swore when I booked there was breakfast included. Window air conditioner super loud, couldnt hear TV and u can’t close curtains or won’t have AC blowing into room. Can’t open curtain bc you overlook parking lot Needed toilet plunger. Was not going to get one til morning bc no mtce person in at night. Finally brought one. Trim missing in bathroom No Kleenex in bathroom. Light bulb missing bathroom Ceiling peeling No internet for phones or tv in morning. Was booked for 4 more nights. Cancelled them all.

The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction.

Key card did not work in original room. Moved to another room with a cracked toilet, mold in bath tub, curtains not fully hung, red substance on the walls and a random unplugged second fridge. Moved again to another “renovated room” right next door to our room. Why do you have renovated rooms and disgusting rooms side by side?

I had booked the room for my elderly parents. The room had a full sized fridge in it, an empty cupboard with no doors or top was shoved in the corner with the lamp behind it. An outlet cover was lying loose on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. There was no lamp on the nightstand. The wallpaper in the bathroom was all frayed along the bottom and about 5 inched of paper was curled up along the entire length of the wall. They moved my parents to a different room that still had a full sized fridge in it and no baseboard in the bathroom but it was an improvement. In my opinion the first room should not be used for guests, it looked like a storage room. The front desk clerk said he would see what he could do about a refund but I didn’t hear anything yet.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay! Would recommend to any one looking for a place to stay in sarnia!

Other than a few issues with keys not working properly, it was a nice stay. The room was clean, the building was quiet. The location was perfect access for our day trip across the border.

We were very disappointed in this facility after having seen generally positive reviews prior to booking. The building is old and very tired, poorly maintained. Our room had a leaky faucet in the bathroom, a sink in the sleeping area that wasn't operational, a stained toilet and just generally looked tired. We passed the front desk four times during our stay and there was never anyone there. At check-in (with no one stationed at the desk), there was a sign on the counter with a number to call. When I called that number, there was no answer. When someone did show up, he was friendly and efficient enough. The whole experience, however, was beyond underwhelming.

The shower was not working in morning. Room was decently cleaned not upto mark, booked 2 bed room got updated to 1 bed was ok with that but roof top of room has marks of linkings, shower did not worked has to use another rooms shower thank god staff helped with that after 30-45 mins wait. Will not recommend anyone to stay there.
