Rénové récemment, confort et propreté par contre on voit qu’il y avait du tapis avant car très gros espace entre la porte et le sol… manque d’intimité.

Old but clean. Good location for road trips.

Owners take pride in their hotel. They took an older hotel and turned it into a great place to stay: super clean, computer upon entering lobby, beautiful linens and towels. They even carried my luggage to the second floor at 1 a.m.! (I’m partially disabled and assumed there would be an elevator.) Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Budget hotel

We were very impressed how clean and updated our room was. The staff were very professional and knowledge. The breakfast room was organized and clean!! Would recommend staying at the sure stay in Brooks Alberta

The outlets next to the bed were both dead. They were necessary for cpap machine. Luckily I had an extension cord with me. The 4 pillows on the bed were very firm. Other than that stay and hotel were great.

Convenient location, with an ev charger. Nice staff.

Would use next trip

We had a good stay the room was excellent the area good close to resturants.

When we checked in, the one before us was given two complimentary waters, but none were given in our turn. When we asked why, she said it was given to those Best Western members only. It may be hotel policy, but as a guest, it was not good at all. We were told to purchase water from the vending machine. It was just two bottles of water. We were assigned on the second floor, but there was no lift there. So if you have a lot of luggage, pls beware of it

Interesting place. Looks like a seedy motel outside, but beautifully renovated inside… and then random bits of crappy old furniture in the room that kinda spoils it!

only one person on duty - waited 10 minutes for them to show up for check-in. could not get any help figuring out how to operate the tv - was told to scan the card supplied for instructions - no card. while the matress was great it was so high off the floor my wife who has mobility issues had a difficult time getting into the bed,

Ultra clean and bathroom was ultra modern. Rainfall shower head etc.

The hotel was quiet, breakfast options were good and staff we friendly and professional. I would not have any concerns stopping in on future travels.
