Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced for the quality provided. I dropped a star due to my son's air pods going missing. All I can say is we had a conversation about them being on the side table when we left in the morning and upon returning they were not in the room or findable on his phone. There is a safe we found the evening before we left and it was a teachable moment for my son. What was hot, shower comfortable, bed was very firm and we turned off the heat to make it cool enough to sleep.

Hotel is lovely and staff are great. Only downside is if your room overlooks the front of the hotel is that it can be quite noisy as its a very busy road.

We stayed in the Junior suite which was unbelievable! By far the best hotel room weve stayed in! The only disappointment was the vegan breakfast option, which was pretty much half of the ‘normal’ breakfast but for the same cost but other than that we loved our stay their

Room was huge and fab - had all we needed. Staff were exceptional too. Very good breakfast. Only downside was limited parking spaces but aside from that, great stay

Beautiful room, great staff

Room was of a good standard. Not sure if it’s the ‘norm’ but thought it was a bit steep to charge £10 for checking in’ an hour early.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and i can safely say this is one of the best. Great location, plenty of parking, very comfortable and sizeable rooms.

Rooms is beautiful, clean and warm Staff can’t do enough for you and breakfast is gorgeous

The room was spotless and cleaned daily, couldn’t fault it. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again.

A lovely room and bathroom. However, below the room was a door to the restaurant that banged every time someone passed through it. The noise was continuous as was the noise from the road. Also, upon trying to check out I had to wait 10-15 minutes as the receptionist had ‘popped out’. These two things and the cold breakfast made for a pretty unpleasant stay.

Nice hotel in great location, we had a fabulous room in The House, 2 doors down. We had dinner once in the restaurant & used the bar a couple of times, its part of restaurant.

Everything was excellent

Lovely hotel, staff very welcoming and friendly and even more of a bonus to have free parking during our stay - a rarity in Edinburgh! Good transport links into the city centre with many busses coming past the hotel regularly, and the tram station the other side of the stadium (about this a bit of a walk). Bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel, service very authentic / friendly. Well connected by public transport to the city centre & airport. Unable to comment on food/drink as we didn’t use (looked good tho). Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The room was lovely and the staff were so welcoming. The hotel is a great location approx a ten minute bus ride to the centre of Edinburgh and the bus stop was 2 minutes outside .

The heating was not on when I got into the room Hairs were found on the sink
