Excellent location; within walking distance to CP Charlie, Unter den Linden bvd, museum island ... Calm, out of main street. Beautiful breakfast area, lots of choice and very delicious. Complimentary sauna and fitness. Will definitely stay again.

Just stayed with friends for 3 nights. The hotel was great location, we were able to walk easily to many of the sights we wanted to see but it was also very good for public transport links. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. My only issue was there was works going on in the adjourning building which were very noisy, drilling and hammering starting from 9am. We were able to move to the other side of the hotel but it was a much smaller room which was disappointing as we had paid for the additional space.

Large room, very clean and quiet. Multi lingual staff. Everything was excellent. One small mark, breakfast was very expensive, €25 per person.

The hotel is very well located. It has a nice bar and staff were friendly. Room was comfortable for three people. It cold get better in cleaning.

Great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, close to public transit and major tourist attractions and location. Unfortunately Internet was very unstable, and staff were not helpful

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was wonderful. The room was large and had everything we needed. It is close to a subway station and very walkable to many historical sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well.

Booked a privilege room with double bed and double sofa bed for a family of 3, on arrival they gave us a double room for 2 and said they were fully booked so they squeezed a camp bed in to the double room. Hotels.com were not interested and the hotel manager said the difference in price was only 10E a night. Would not use hotels.com again as their service has left a lot to be desired.

Nice room. Easy walk to train One caveat: check-in is 3 PM. I had to hang out for 3 hours before my room was available

Best hotel I have ever stayed in for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. So much space in the room gave everyone their own space.

Easy access to sights, very walkable and some nice restaurants very close by. Massive room, good shower and toiletries, comfortable bed. Breakfast and coffee very good and multiple choices available. We enjoyed the bar and the barman was lovely and very friendly and remembered our drinks each night. The only negatives were that I did an online check in which was supposed to be quicker but then had to do it all again when we arrived! Also the room was too hot despite the air con being on the lowest settings and there was no bottle of water. Despite this we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

Convenient and near the metro. Moments from check point charlie. Easy access to see the sights. I would recommend it.

It is very nice property. Staff, service wonderful. Close to check point Charlie, many dining options, museum island, shopping and many other places in old city neighborhood. Our room was spacious. Breakfast is very wide variety and delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel. worth of every penny, we paid.

I had a lovely stay here. The size of the room was very generous, it was clean and very comfortable. The area its located is excellent (!) but located on quiet street. There are lots of shops, restaurants and transport links in close proximity. The Reception staff was lovely and friendly; Check in and check out processes was efficient and professional yet friendly. Two constructive points; the pillows were too soft for my liking (even using two pillows did not help) and not sufficient lighting in the main bedroom area. I arrived around 12pm and was happy to know the my room was ready, therefore, I was able to check in earlier. The restaurant and public locations were clean and beautifully decorated. All round, a very positive stay. If I visit Berlin again, I'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is very clean. They offer breakfast. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to some of the main attractions in Berlin and close to the metro.

Great stay at the Mercure! my expedia status was acknowledged and was given a very large room, the staff were amazing, great rooms with balconies, all in all a great choice!
