Parking was not obvious but on walking in, the staff were helpful and friendly from the first moment. We got useful info about the area, the dining options, parking, everything. The hotel itself is the best we stayed at in the whole west side of Ireland. If we are back in the area, we will be back there.

I had 2 rooms for my wife and 2 teenage kids. Very clean , centrally-located with rooms that had lovely river views and a great restaurant for breakfast. The town beds were on the smaller side and the amenities pretty basic but a terrific value given the low cost of the rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Really excellent hotel! Friendly and helpful staff! Great food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner options. Clean rooms as well. Downside is the parking situation but we could park just down the street and walk a couple minutes to the hotel

Check-in was easy and the young man at the desk (i did not catch his name) was super welcoming and when asked he gave us an excellent recommendation for the following day. Other staff were great at breakfast as well. The room was clean, well stocked with towels. Not a problem for us but the room had no safe which could be an issue for some. My only problem was that there was no air in the room and it was very stuffy. A notice on the desk warned about not opening the windows at night to avoid insects coming it. There was a fan in the closet so I used that so I could sleep.
