I appreciated the staff and their willingness to help and quick response to my needs/requests. The room was small, however, I felt safe at the property and it was very central and in the heart of the historic center. I would stay again.

I really enjoyed the room size and the bedding was superb. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

I really enjoyed the location and service of this hotel. I was greeted in the entrance of the hotel and our greeter took our luggage to our room. Its location is close to the tourist attractions at a walking distance. Its surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11-day stay at Hotel Ritz Ciudad de México. We could not have gotten a better location in terms of easy accessibility to many of the landmarks we wanted to see: many were within walking distance, and others could be reached by Metro. Moreover, the architecture of many of the buildings nearby was mesmerizing. Although the hotel is on a busy, sometimes loud street, the room was quiet (except for one night of partying teenagers). The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Leo (our camarista) and Jesus (a concierge). Leo cheerfully kept our room clean and organized despite our ever-changing schedule, and Jesus helped us learn to use the Metro and travel to some of our more distant sightseeing locations. The breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty, and there are several good places for breakfast and other meals that are only a few steps from the hotel. Our favorite was the Bertico Cafe, but Bisquets de Obregón was also good. Our final thought: we would definitely stay here again when we go to Mexico City.

Very clean rooms. Hotel close to everything . Only thing is that you could hear cars bepping at night . Rooms need better sound proof windows

I like everything about the hotel. Everything is near by tons of restaurants, stores, ice cream shops, and more. The employees ae frendly, nice and helpful. This is my third time staying at the Ritz.

Location - convenient to all restaurants in the area. Central location to the monuments and transportation.

It was a very good location! Bathrooms and rooms were clean! The only thing that was slightly annoying is we were facing the street so the flute guy played until like 2 am! That was only on fri sat and sun night, monday and Tuesday night werent as loud. I would stay there again, water pressure was great and water was hot.

I love staying at the Ritz. Every time I’m here it’s always my hotel of choice, it’s very centric to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to el zocalo. The staff is always friendly and easy to check in and out. Definitely would recommend to stay.
