Worst hotel i have ever been in madrid

No air conditioning in my room. Hotel did not receive an envelope in my name

El staff es muy amable y el hotel está en excelentes condiciones.

The hotel is good location that’s quiet but short taxi ride or metro from main attractions. Staff was friendly. The issue however is with deceptive description of the rooms. They advertise as king size bed. But they are not king size beds. Room 105 had a queen size bed. room 110 was a full size bed. I even measured. (See pictures) They will tell you that this is a “Madrid king” but that’s a lie as I’ve stayed at several Madrid hotels & gotten normal king size beds. Including Thompson Madrid operated by Hyatt. If you are seeking a true king size, I would recommend another hotel.

The hotel staff were great…from the bellhop who first greeted us, to the check in agents and the very helpful concierge. The room was very comfortable.

Excellent place. Close to walk and easy to take the bus. Walk distance from Salamanca and the Santiago Bernabeu. Service very personal and attentive. Kiddos to Eric, Jorge and Anna in the bar restaurant. They accommodated to every requirement. Also they three lady at the concierge, very knowledgeable and patient. If I go back that is the place hands down my place. Antonio

Great staff. Nice big room.

Stayed here to be close to the Bernabeu. Easily within walking distance to stadium. Metro lines close by to get around the city. Would stay again!

Room services very bad , and no dry clean for clothes as normal 5 stars hotel, not all staff speaking english as all international5 stars hotels …

The only problem is it by is not handicapped accessible.

Great hotel in Madrid. Not very expensive but five stars service.
