Everything amazing and very comfy room

Super friendly staff throughout the hotel, especially breakfast service. Free parking at the weekends and £5 to swim and use gym. Clean room with plenty of space and the usual facilities of tea/coffee and iron. No fridge to store baby milk if travelling with babies. Really enjoyed the stay, my only complaint was that the room was adjoining to another family who were extremely loud. Next time I would ask to move so I didn’t experience a sleepless night again.

On check in there is no lift it’s broken !! So one lift for a large 2 story hotel !!!! Seems a bit odd we were however shown to the staff lift now the staff parts of the hotel inc the lift are pretty awful worn and dirty. So the rooms are ok however no aircon in rooms so even a mild temp day and the rooms are oppressively hot yes you have 2 fans but don’t really help. No fridge in the room so drinks go warm quickly the windows are double glazed but outside noise especially loud music in the morning means have to shut them. The bar reception area on the night of the euro final was packed,kids and food everywhere as we passed thru on the way out and on the way back kids food and disgruntled drunk football fans to fight thru on the way to the stairs as the lift was out for 3 days this was a return visit but the hotel whilst not being really bad is not modern and probably past its best ,plus points ,staff are nice n helpful rooms clean Starbucks in the lobby no issues parking the car but needs modernising AC and who builds a hotel with one lift !!! It’s bound to fail at some point

Our stay was ok for what we paid. The room was clean but had no air conditioning, which in the heat wave was a bit uncomfortable. A fridge in the room would have been good. Breakfast was decent and they have a Starbucks onsite which was great. The staff were friendly and overall I would say it was value for money.

We were adjastent to a staff staff room the door was being slammed at least every 4 minutes.11.30 pm we left as we knew we wouldnt get any sleep tried to check out but there was no one at the desk.apart from the noise .it was nice

We was welcomed by loverly lady on re ception,always friendly time to chat made feel comfortable ,rooms spotless,loverly comfy bed ,loverly breakfast lady on there cheerful &chat with you nothing too much trouble would reccomend and would definitely stop there again it has got lot amenity also near by eateries, zoo not far ,Tank you for our loverly stay

We had an enjoyabke stay! Staff welcoming and friendly. Food good. Clenn and confortable room.All amenities available! Will definitely stay here again!

Good, clean

Bed was a little hard for me but that is personal preference. Staff very friendly. Good food served very quickly via room service. Everything you need for a lovely stay away from home

Had a club room with breakfast use of spa if you can call it that. Breakfast ok tables not cleared. Bog standard cooked breakfast. Room ok pillows hard one biscuit. Nice shower. Spa an issue second time to stay and visit. Steam full of local men swearing about women. I was the only woman in there it felt intimidating. This was also my previous experience i thought at 4pm i would avoid this.Really need to sort this out. You need a padlock for lockers wasn't told this so had to carry clothes around to pool. Sauna not working.

The hotel was very, very busy and noisy. The room doors banged hard keeping us awake. Overall, it was OK for the 1 night

Great value for money. Super comfy king size bed and very clean throughout.
