Staff were not friendly or warm and made me feel like I was a burden. Room was beautiful but when I ran the bath brown bits ran through the water. I did take a video of it. I had to scrub the bath tub before I could get in.

Love this hotel. Have stayed before and will definately book in the future. Rooms are very clean,staff are very friendly, gardens are lovely and well kept, and ease of parking is a big bonus. Lovely bar also.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant accommodated our party of 8 with children’s menus and delicious food for dinner!

Appreciated the space in our room along with access to a gym, pool and steam room. All the meals we had were very good and we enjoyed the live music in the bar. It was great to land there and just have everything we needed right there. Thanks to all the staff!

Hotel looks new. Facilities all very good. Good bar and lobby area; good restaurant with friendly attentive staff and good food. Great leisure facility with good pool. Comfortable room and good buffet breakfast.

Facilities and helpfulness of staff excellent

Hotel was lovely. Young staff needed a bit of training in proper etiquette and kindness when dealing with guests.

We enjoyed our dinner in the hotel. The staff was amazing. We only spent one night but would definitely stay there again when we return.

Excellent accommodation very friendly staff, evening meals were very good and breakfast was great. Room was very spacious and a great shower/bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will go back again soon.

We had in general a great time and stay in this hotel.

Everything was very good as usuak.

Beautiful hotel in every way. A short walk to town centre, but we liked that aspect to be in a quieter area for the evening. Excellent food. Well maintained pool and spa area. Suggestions: partner with the local laundry for guest laundry service.

The Resturant food for dinner was excellent. Breakfast same as all hotels nothing special. Staff good and polite when not busy. Shame the pool did not open until 9am as would have liked to have had a swim before breakfast.

Nice hotel. Food at restaurant was very good. Front desk staff were moderately friendly. Restaurant staff were excellent. This was our second stay here. I will investigate other options if we are in the area again. But this one is a fine choice.

Had a wonderful stay here, beautiful hotel staff were so nice and the food was excellent! Would highly recommend.

My only complaint is we asked the bartender to make a simple gin martini and he said sure, and he had to go get somebody else to make it and it was absolutely terrible, I couldn’t even drink it.
