Friendly staff though short staffed

Bedding smelled soiled and dirty..... Room was clean otherwise.... Pool room had mold in areas of the walls and ceiling.... Staff was very nice though....

Rooms are clean, smell nice, and the staff is excellent. My only complaint is a few things that need to fixed around the hotel. Other than that my stay was perfect.

Well run hotel with everyone being extremely friendly!

The rooms are overall nice but I have found that when booking through Expedia, the hotels give you the least nice room. This has happened to me a few times. Always something wrong w the room I get and end up switching….to a much better room. Happened this time. Old school broken AC, new room next night totally upgraded AC. Staff was nice and it was overall nice place.

The staff was nice. My bed unfortunate had a stain on the side of the sheet and the water coming from the faucets had a weird smell.

It had a lot of potential, but the hotel needs some serious work as far as updating and upkeep with maintenance. There were walls with holes, ceiling pieces falling out, stained carpets, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, non working outlets, lamps without lightbulbs, noisy air conditioner, not all outside entrances card scanners worked, etc. The hotel looks dated when you walk in- it looks like a nursing home and feels like one as it is HOT in the lounge and breakfast area.

The pool area was terrible. Lots of mold. No furniture in room besides bed and couch. Room made me cough become im allergic to mold.

The room size was great but not the cleanest. Killed 4 spiders and didn’t get clean towels everyday.

The entire hotel was so hot and humid

Arrived and 1 1/2 early and wasn’t allowed to check in early for a three night stay. Would have been nice to unload and freshen up to visit family. Instead I had to leave the party to go back and check in. Why have a pool and hot tub if it’s never open. Open at 4pm and closed all but one night when we returned. The room was large and pretty clean. Parking was very unusual to have a work truck & trailer taking up 4+ spaces 2 of 3 nights. The last night it was raining and very inconvenient! The breakfast was pretty good selection and the lady in charge did a nice job. No ice machine working on our floor but you could go up 3 floors to the 4th floor to get ice. The rate was very reasonable but the saying goes you get what you pay for. A few hallways need baseboards and the ceiling fan in the bathroom could use some dusting.

The place was really nice. Very clean.

The building was unkempt. In common areas parts of the ceiling and walls were ripped and pieces of structure just left hanging. The stairway had basestrips removed and walls were busted, looked like they tried to repair, but left the floor littered with plaster and paper, obviously left for quite awhile. The elevator had a filthy floor. The phone box had been ripped out, with an attempt to repair with pieces of black rubber falling to the floor. Our bathroom fan had a thick layer of dark dust. Black mold in corners in shower. Film on bottom of shower. (My husband bought something to clean it) Lightswitch covered in filth, we cleaned it. Don't expect a decent cup of coffee. It is instant in a machine, not good instant either. We should have complained and left, but there were others with us and we had lots going on with our group, so we put up with it.

The building looks like it is falling apart.
