Good central location in downtown Richmond. Very friendly staff.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. The area surrounding the hotel is not that bad.It is surrounded by businesses. There were a few crumbs on the table of our room, but everything else was clean. Overall enjoyed our stay.

I wanted to enjoy my budget friendly experience but unfortunately I found my room to be in need of a deep clean (good dusting and some less well used surfaces seemed like they hadn't been wiped), and the elevator gave me the creeps. Breakfast was nice, staff was kind. Unfortunately I don't see myself coming back, even though the price was right.

Very satisfied with room and cleanliness. WiFi service did not work at all. Staff was aware but different staff reported different reasons for issues. Breakfast attendant on Sunday morning was rude when asked for empty coffee urn to be filled.

The parking charge was reasonable for a city hotel.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The bed was sooo comfy.

The lady at the front desk was great very helpful and friendly. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The overall room should have been cleaned better. You got a 3 because of the lady at the front desk

Second time I have stayed at this location because of its easy access to the Altria Theater. Parking is very good except it costs $20.00 per night. Beds are very comfortable. I appreciated the addition of the grab bar in the bathtub/dhower. I like the Dove soap and shampoo products. Quality of towels and wash clothes needs improvement I felt the hotel was stingy with Keurig k cups—only two so my friend and I couldn’t have a second cup.

Easy access to main street. Pleasant and safe to walkeven in the night.

The only thing I would suggest is having more outdoor seating. There was one bench outside to sit on.

Even though Hotels.com didn't tell me the the hotel was over booked they made accommodation and was able to give us the last room available.

No issues

We were able to check in a bit early, which was very helpful because of a meeting in Richmond. Alana, at the desk, secured us a car and driver to get us to and from. I am recovering from a stroke and, though it was a short distance, the walk would have been difficult. Our room was great, very comfortable with views of the city.
