Staff was great. I expected the area to be quieter since it was a small town but it was very convenient in terms of getting to.

I think this hotel has been renovated. It’s impeccable. Warm cookies to greet you. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are so clean, roomy and nice. Breakfast is good and the coffee is great.

We liked the 2 arm chairs as you had before renovations. Couch seating not as good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator was broken, pool was empty, and refrigerator made a weird noise. Those things can be fixed so I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was spotless. The rooms were huge, and the staff was beyond eager to help. Breakfast was amazing. Love this hotel.

We travel to Mexico by car late winter early spring and stay here because of it's location near the border. Also very convenient to have Mexican auto insurance office right in the property. Breakfast choices were good and easily accessed and clean. Room prices are a little steep for my liking, but it's the best we've stayed in in Nogales, AZ. Dave G. Colorado

A seating area with some grass/or plants would be nice.

I loved everything about it.

Breakfast was available early in the morning that we were able to eat breakfast since we were leaving early in the morning.

Quiet place and relaxing and safe

Just relaxing place to stay it's always clean

Everything was ok except checking in which took a bit longer than expected. We had to stand in line for 10-15 min or so as there was only one person doing the check-ins and there were 3-4 of us that arrived at the same time. After a long trip, I do not want to stand in line to be able to access my reserved room. Other than that everything was great.

No crib on property front door didn’t work and also didn’t have any of the strollers to help carry things to room! Never staying again disappointed.

La verdad nos tocó muy mala experiencia en el check in, reservé cuando venía en camino a Nogales y llegaríamos como 2-3 de la mañana y cuando llegamos al hotel en el Lobby no había nadie le tuve que hablar a mi esposo y se bajó para buscar a alguien y encontró como alguien vestido de militar en una sala de estar como medio dormido y esa persona buscó como 5 minutos después al que nos pudo ayudar a hacer el check in , supongo que ah de ver estado dormido o algo por el estilo, solamente mie experiencia fue mala por eso poriqe solo queríamos llegar y hacer el check in rápido y tardamos más de 20 minutos buscando alguien que nos atendiera y es complicado porque traíamos a una bebé y hubiéramos querido un check in rápido y eficiente no tenener que nosotros andar buscando al trabajador en turno, porque realmente usamos el hotel como 6 horas solo para dormir.
