Located in the nicest part of downtown Fairbanks with great walking along the Chena River. Wonderful Visitor Center is also a short walk from hotel.

Room was fine

No tell it’s nice enough, but the room was inconvenient. It’s just a place of sleep like Motel 6.

Property was centrally located in the downtown area of Fairbanks, restaurants were walkable. Hotel was clean. AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel.

Expedia says checkout @12, the hotel said it was 11:30. When asking for a late checkout the front clerk bluntly said she can’t do that for me and I had to figure out myself that if I became a rewards member for free I COULD have a late checkout. Rude of her not to tell me and a crappy hotel policy to force a rewards sign up for a late checkout.

AC unit didn’t work

The staff was friendly and the breakfast very good. The facility is a bit dated and tired and I would have preferred more firm bedding, but it was comfortable enough for a 3 night stay.

Quick one night stay on the way to Denali. Convenient location and free shuttle to and from the airport and train station.

The staff, one word - excellent! The only downfall was the bedding. There were dirty shoe marks on the freshly made bed as we arrived in our room - I asked about replacements for the top blankets and the staff at the front desk said no extra linens were available.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Fairbanks, Alaska, and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate sitting area that was perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, allowing easy walks to the river and nearby shops. While the elevator was a bit slow, it was a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the stay. The included breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of options. IllFiarbanks.Facs_

Parking is limited and the homeless population around first made me nervous walking from the overflow lot. Otherwise the hotel is great. Maybe offering a valet service so patrons don’t have to walk by the homeless

The level of service both in hospitality from the entire staff and excellent facilities provided a wonderful three days while visiting family in Fairbanks. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

The staffs are great and room is very clean. It was quite comfortable to stay here! The location is also great that we can walk around to the river, cafe and souvenir shop. The elevator was a bit slow but acceptable. I would stay here again when I return to Fairbanks.
