Reception staff require better social skills, and property, rooms need a upgrade.

I didnt like the reception staff they are not helpful and poor customer service, i appreciate the restaurant staff they've been working hard, especially Abdel Hakim from Tangiers, was so helpful. As well the bar staff were so great.

NO PARKING ON THE SITE 80% OF THE STAFF THEY JOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY don't SPEAK English ..

Nice big hotel.All the staff friendly and helpful. Food nice but repetitive as you would expect from an all inclusive hotel.Quality of food good.Only Amstel lager available which is a poor lager.

Room was very basic but was on my own so was good enough. Was clean and the Aircon worked. Staff were very friendly, especially the cleaners who always had a smile on their faces. Sometimes they could have done with an extra person serving drinks as bar always had a queue. Food was good and had plenty of options each day. Couldn't fault anything. Overall was a good hotel and well worth the money paid

The staff members were very friendly and efficient, lovely clean room, clean and tidy facilities and amazing range of nice food.

No air con working in very hot conditions despite being reported daily. Hotel is very ran down and needs a refurb.

The accommodation is awful. Food terrible. Worst hotel I have stayed in in a long time. Pool area terrible. There’s nothing positive I have to say. No onsite parking cost me€180 to park.

Great hotel lovely rooms and the food was lovely, just this time of year is full of spain pensioners who take over the bar that has the entainment in it not a space or seat

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we had another lovely short break. We had a pool facing room which was lovely. The resturant food was excellent, plenty of choice and The La Gioconda resturant was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We frequently used the cafeteria La Griego. All the staff are friendly and make you very welcome. We like the location of the hotel as it is a nice walk to the shops and beach. We will definately return. T

Some of the bar staff could be kinder. Lovely reception staff. All inclusive was very basic. Overall it was ok though. Lovely area, 10 min walk from sea front.

The hotel was ok and staff were friendly and helpful but mealtimes were very busy. Very little room to walk between tables and it was so busy the staff couldnt clear tables quick enough to seat the waiting people as hard as they tried. After placing coffees on a table i went to get breakfast, when i returned someone had taken my chair. It got chaotic on times with people pushing into queues to get food . Same thing happens in bar there is not enough tables and chairs for people to watch shows and that resulted in grumpy pushy people trying to force chairs in front us blocking us in i found this too stressful and i got up and left and did not go in there again during our stay. There can be a long wait for the lift as alot of people need to get to and from higher floors to restaurant etc.

lovely clean room on 1st floor overlooking the restaurant outdoor area and pool.friendly helpful staff. Could do with more lifts. We left at 9.45am and it was impossible to get in the lift to take our luggage downstairs. Fortunately we only had to go down 2 floors. Food is good with a variety but lacks vegetables. Noisy seating areas. Could do with a quiet room for people to relax in.

It was lovely hotel very clean food could be hotter when put out and I think all drinks should be included in the all inclusive because that’s what you pay for not have to pay for some extra

Value for money, room was fine although plumbing in bathroom not 100%,shower could do with updating. Service in coffee shop slow as ,only one on bar ,but all staff very pleasant and very hard working. Hotel in good position if you want to be in town centre.

Room clean and comfortable. Particularly impressed with the left luggage facility which we utilised on early arrival before our room was ready and on late departure after checkout.

Enjoyed my stay there ' tge hotel was veey clean and staff very friendly but if i was to pick out one bad point it would be the food wasnt hot enough
