No housekeeping worth its name. The hotel shows microwave and kettles in room, there are none. No cupboards, unhelpful staff at restaurant

Underground parking is next to the facility, very safe and accessible.

Reception & bar staff were very friendly & helpful and hotel decor was modern and welcoming. Unfortunately we hadn't time to make use of the restaurant or outside pool. Bedroom was very clean, comfortable & spacious but traffic noise was still audible despite the soundproofing and it took time to get accustomed to it. A more central location would have been preferable although Uber rides were easily accessible, but that was our mistake, not the hotel's. Overall, a good hotel.

There was no food options, even though there was a restaurant on the premises. We arrived after driving all day 15 hours from England we chose this hotel as they had a restaurant but we were told they were full. The restaurant had half the tables empty but they would not offer us any food, and it was only 20:30, the couple who checked in before was given a table but we were turned away. They obviously didn’t like the English. We had to order a takeaway as there was no restaurant nearby, the hotel was on the outskirts. We then had to eat our pizza in front of the hotel as they do not allow food brought into the premises. Will not be staying there again or any other in the chain.

The lighting of the room was poor. Could do with more ceiling lights rather than a single lamp. Called room service for a comb. The receptionist came inro our room without even knocking whixh was highly inappropriate. This was charged to the room without being told in advance that it was a chargable item. On Friday morning, there was significant construction work going on which woke us from our sleep and ot went on for a while. The hotel was under typical Radission hotel standards which we were taken aback by.

Hotel is a bit far from the city center. Driving is about 15-30 min pending on traffic and hours of the day. Not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants or shoppings. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. We had one day housecleaning forgot to clean our room 😞 but the night manager Yohann came quickly and provide some services to tidying up the room.

This hotel is not close to many attractions. It was a 15 min + deive to get to shopping area. Restaurant was just ok..something to keep you from being hungry.

Great location when driving, with parking available. Short bus ride into the city. Very happy with our stay!

Everyone at the hotel were a delight and ready to help with whatever was needed. I stayed here for a long business trip and will most likely do so again. Quiet, comfortable, and within easy access to the center of town. Don't overlook the hotel's restaurant and bar either.

Rooms were not well cleaned and restocked. Construction made the reception and dining area noisy and inconvenient. Reception staff were very helpful and efficient.

4 étoile en devenir . Staff serviable et professionnel. Par contre pas mal de petites choses à arranger, tel que la climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionné dans notre 1er chambre, on nous a donné une autre chambre suite à une annulation (on a eu de la chance). Petite moisissures dans le plafond de la douche . Donc belle hôtels, équipe serviable mais qui doit encore faire des arrangement pour mériter cette 4ème étoile.

Awesom personel really service minded

La chambre était très salle, la baignoire n’était pas lavée, de la crasse persistait. Certain luminaires était cassés. Le restaurant était par contre très bon et la salle de sport appréciable, dommage que le sauna ne soit pas mis en route pour l’utilisation, il faut penser à le lancer avant utilisation.

Two twin beds together for married couples are NOT comfortable. Cleaning staff smoke in the hallways.

Perfect
