We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Burke & Wills Hotel. The room was awesome, beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and featured a wonderfully comfy bed that guaranteed a great night's sleep. To top it off, the breakfast in the morning was incredible, offering exactly what we needed to start the day right. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Toowoomba!

We have stayed here multiple times and generally quite good. Breakfast not quite there anymore so will prob not partake in the future. As always the staff are exceptional and are so friendly and helpful. Overall we usually stay a couple of nights to use as our base to explore. We will be back.

TBH I checked in at 4pm and then returned to my room after 930pm. And then checked out at 5am. So I can not say to much, apart from Room was clean and comfortable Bed was comfortable Had a coffee machine for my 430 coffee Shower was hot and had good pressure Outlook was ho-hum as it faced another building side (it was dark and I didn't expect a view) but there was little to nil outside light, so I had a view of the southern cross (AWESOME) I ate at the restaurant a couple of days later and it was very good, with an excellent selection of foods. I will now put Burke and Wills at the top of my list if I am staying in Toowoomba.

Always pleasant to stay in Butks and Wills. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms and close to shipping and food.

Problem: You can not control the temperature in your room (not like in any other hotel). It is centrally controlled and I do not like temp they use. It may save them on power bills but I can not sleep at their temp. Will not stay again. I forgot last time I stayed I went down to reception with the same problem. It was freezing and I told them the warmest place was in the lift.

Staff were amazing from checkin to checkout we ate dinner in Zacks and enjoyed happy hour cocktails and breakfast in buffet. Great location for our trip to Toowoomba would highly recommend staying here
