Spectacular views, the room was small. Requests needed to be made in order to have your room made up. This was the first time for no service, unless requested. For the price per night I found this lacking. But the view was Spectacular, room was clean and compact. 13 minute walk to Casino and Restaurants. Enjoyed a steak dinner in their in house steak restaurant. Excellent.

Clean room and convenient location and great customer service

Must book the falls iew room. Hands down best view in the area. The room was modern and the hotel was renovated nicely. Well done and great job to the staff for their hospitality and attentiveness

Room was small, but the view was very good. Getting to our room required elevator switches and timing. Parking was offered for 100 dollars for valet, then self parking was 42 dollars after we were checking out. Seemed like a scam. Loved the staff, good experience, will never go there again.

It’s was nice and clean and views were beautiful! However they charged me twice for the 200.00 Deposit and when I showed them they apologized and said it would be back on my card in 10/15 days! I explained that I wasn’t expecting to be charged 2x and the second 200.00$ was my going home money. Back to the US and states away at that. He said that sometimes when the system runs audits it thinks you didn’t pay and charges again, and there was nothing he could do! I was extremely upset and it ruined my trip Because it was eat or make it home the last day I was there
