Clean and quiet hotel

Lots of room. There was a smell but not so bad that it was overwhelming. Was disappointed that breakfast closed before it was supposed to.

The only thing I didn't like was a lack of cocoa mix at the breakfast buffet, otherwise the breakfast selection was great. Fruit cups, yogurt, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage,and pastries of all kinds. They probably had some other things to that I didn't pay attention to. The property looked as though it had been newly renovated and painted. The staff was very friendly and , quick to respond to customers.

The hotel was a great value for the price. It could use some minor cosmetic repairs but was clean and staff was friendly (although not professionally dressed or in any kind of uniform). We stay at this location whenever we are in Kingsport and I would certainly recommend it.

My door to room 330 would not shut well. It should have closed tighter.

Very reasonable price. The hotel is not modern or new, but the hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice. Yes I would recommend!

Nice clean motel very clean and quiet. Close to interstate. Feel safe at it. Only down fall this time price had trippled.

Workers at counters were nice.... but had to change both bed sets bc hair was over 1 bed and the other one had dirty sheets and blanket.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. It is starting to get run down so we've decided we should find a different hotel in the future.

It was okay. Booked a king room but they didnt have any ready, so we took a queen instead. The beds werent terrible

Building is poorly kept up, flooring and trim in elevator are very, bad carpet in building is worn out, pipes in wall bang very loud the whole-time shower is running. Room wasn't clean there was a sock and trash under bed. Building is poorly managed which will eventually lead to more problems.

I liked the price and the convenience

Hotel was convenient and a short drive from the hospital. Beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous. Bed had a big black hair in it. Comforter was dirty. Shower had black hairs on the side of the tub and shower wall. Hairs were on the back of the commode. Something was splattered on the inside of the bathroom door and on the wall. But no bed bugs. Thankfully.

It is nice quiet hotel for a quick trip.

When we entered our room we saw hair all over the bedsheets (not ours) then we found a dirty rag left from the occupants before it was on top of the shower curtain railing. There’s were hairs stuck in the rags and bath towels after they’d been washed. Just unsanitary

Check in was friendly. The beds were comfy. Place was clean enough. Breakfast was good. Tub did not drain well, toilet did not flush well.

Staff was friendly and accommodated a late checkout. Bathroom needed some attention..faucet and spigot were detached and moved around which I’m sure could cause some water damage if not repaired. As a double occupancy room would have like to have had more full sized towels (most women use 2 on their own). Bed was comfy
