The foyer was locked upon arrival at 3:30pm on a Thursday. After waiting around and calling multiple times somebody finally came down to give me the room key for check in. Upon entry I realised the Room was dirty- dead geckos in the bathroom as well as other peoples pubes. qld health labeled sheets….clearly from the hospital down the road! The environment here is close to a prison, upon entry you’re greeted with a barbed wire fence and degenerates. The state of the hotel itself is not much better. Spend your money elsewhere

For the price you are paying, it’s not too bad. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. I didn’t enjoy the cigarette smoke that lingers in the common areas, and the pool was very warm when you are trying to cool off. To people staying, this is not a resort. If you want a nice resort you need to pay nice resort money. This is fine for just basic accommodation.

Bed bugs!!! Apparently hotel is used for housing commission, and you can tell. Also used for people visiting the hospital apparently. Within 5 minutes of being here my child and I were being abused, threatened and chased up the stairs. The rest of the stay was rather calm and the manager came straight out when I called him to deal with it. No fan in the bathroom which I find odd. No blankets on the bed which ive learnt is normal here, but the blanket in the draw was dirty! The first night was impossible to sleep until early hours as the gate was malfunctioning-but they can't help that I guess. Was slowly changing my mind on how horrible the place is until I saw what google says is a bed bug, on the bed. I'm now worried about taking our stuff on the plane or home.

Okay for a night after flying in late. Needed a chain lock on the ground floor room to feel safer. Manager and staff friendly.

Shower kept going hot/cold, very dated bathroom with weak water pressure. Curtains didn’t cover fully on front window/door. Holes in walls, cracks. Would not recommend this place at all. Below average and seemed it was full time accommodation as well. Would expect more for $240/night. Also son wanted to swim in pool but person water blasting and going into water. Was not like the pictures viewed online. Very budget accommodation for the price paid. When wife talked to management on desk about shower she replied “not sure what I can do about that” ??? Maybe get a plumber
