I didn't like the fact that it was so isolated

The room was very dirty and smelled. The bedding looked like it hadn't been washed. There were burn holes on the comforter.

LOUD VALVE ON TOILET. ROOM 108, AVG BED AVG AC AVG CLEAN, SAID NO SMOKING BUT RM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND BED SPREADS HAD BURN HOLES, IM A SMOKER BUT I SMOKED OUTSIDE FOR $69/NIGHT I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE BC ITS CLOSE TO FAM/FRIENDS AND FOOD GAS SHOPPING ETC

Whenever I travel to Cincinnati I always stay here because the staff is friendly, the price is good, and the rooms are clean.

It’s in a quiet area and it is very close to the highway. The only thing I dislike was the smell of smoke in most rooms. Other than that it’s a good place to stay. They are very professional and it’s looks like a family own property.

Room was dirty, shower was covered in dirt as well as what i believe was pee. The toilet seat was falling off, the room had no mirror, the bed was covered in ciggarette holes and the entire room smelled of ciggarette smoke. I decided to check out early for these reasons, the staff was just gone for an hour and multiple guest just sat around waiting, I asked if it was possible to get a refund for the days I did not stay and was told no.

Our room looked to have been recently remodeled probably by the local handyman it's definitely no Hilton but it was clean, free of smells and bugs. We had a non smoking room our comforter had several burn holes. At night there is a lounge next door that can be noisy if you have littles we were able to fall asleep no problem and you could hear others closing doors etc. We just needed a place to get ready for an event and then sleep. Worked for us as we weren't spending a lot of time in our room

Me an my family have ben here for a yr now an the office ppl are good workers an good ppl housekeeping is amazing very nice ppl just wish they had breakfast like most other places it be worth the money we pay

Owned by an amazing family, they are always friendly anytime I stay.

The customer service is very bad they had a sign saying they severed breakfast and didn't and they have very rude people working there and they was rude to my family and always saying stuff to use and was very rude and we always paid on our room no matter if we had a late fee and they always wanted to add on extra money with the late fee

The staff is AMAZING they are welcoming and the rooms are clean. I feel safe when I stay there I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly clean safe hotel to check them out.
