Room was clean and nice size. However, the pool was lacking private ladies changing and shower rooms.

Friendly staff, great location (near local train station and a mall). Great food and gym facilities. Rooms were excellent.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. It is near train station, close to a big shopping mall called Big city. First, it is safe, as the rooms are on high floors and check-in desk is on the 12th floor. Second, the room has good facilities. I like the big desk in particular.

I would appreciate they remember me, but not much service offered after many stays.

Been to this hotel 15years ago, surprise to see it is very well maintained and with more upgrade to go with technology trend & green initiatives Comfortable bed. A bit far from HSR station.

The staff were friendly and helpful and always tried to ensure that my stay was a good one

Loved the Spa, swimming pool and Gym. Service on the Mezzanine bar was very good all week. The building also felt very safe during the earthquakes even on the 23rd floor.
