Great room and staff

For the price honestly it was great. The staff was amazing the roof top views are great and it was close to everything

Substantial modem clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location for walking, uber, taxi and subway. Numerous amenities, including in-room safe, bar fridge, and rooftop pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping and La Ramblas, cruise ship terminal, and Columbus monument. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, great location

We stayed here over-night prior to departing the next day for a Princess Mediterranean 32 day cruise. Our checking was VERY slow considering we got to the check in person right away. We changed from a Superior Room and down-graded to an accessible room which seemed to cause the delayed check in. All together it took about 20 minutes to check in. No discount was offered for the requested downgrade. MY OVERALL RATING: I give it a mixed 3/4 out of 5. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Hotel is located about 25 minutes from BCN airport by cab which cost about 40 Euros. The hotel is conveniently located downtown and not far from the cruise ship terminals, Bathroom towels were "Motel 6" standard quality (surprising to see this low of quality of towels here considering the high price we paid for our room). Bedding was nothing exciting, Just plain-Jane. At check-in you produce your normal passport and credit card BUT they also want loads of personal information too on a iPad like your birthrate, street address, cell number, city, nationality, etc. More info requested than any other hotel we have stayed at world-wide. Our room was an "accessible room" or considered a handicap room. It had plenty of room to maneuver around in if using a wheelchair. Door opening to the room & bathroom were the perfect size. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of room. These rooms have no outside exterior view. The thing I did not like about this accessible room was that this room had a tub (we were

very convenient and walkable to the La Rambla. Reasonably Close to Airport.

The staff were very accommodating. The hotel was spotless. There is a rooftop bar very relaxed, fabulous view. It is about 10 minutes from La Rambla. Very friendly, clean and modern amenities. Good food! I would w return to this hotel next time I am in Barcelona!!

Only had one night before a cruise. But it was a great hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good bed was so comfortable had everything was great. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was very good and plentiful

Property is right outside the Parrell metro stop, go to the exit opposite the funicular. There was complimentary beer and wine tasting. It was only about 15 minutes walk from the waterfront. Rooftop had a great view of the city.

Wonderful hotel to stay in Barcelona! Very convenient location to sightseeing at many famous sights and close to the seaside. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the breakfast had a variety to choose from and the food was delicious.

Everything about the hotel is professional. The room was a great size. The food was better than most hotel restaurants I've been to. The breakfast bar was a great selection especially for someone who is gluten/dairy intolerant. Overall, can't wait to stay again.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, patient and friendly. We were made to feel comfortable and that all of our needs were met. The buffet breakfast was standard and the options were always refilled quickly and kept tidy. The hotel has the train and bus services right outside your door! I would definitely stay here again.
