Hotel is ok but staff was rude at check in

Y’all got a new building in the front but only give ppl rooms in the old building the bathrooms old and dirty. Cigarette burns on toilet and shower. No ventilation in restroom. The air conditioning in my room was broken and I told the receptionist and he didn’t care he said if I wanted another room I would have to pay more but air conditioning is a basic amenity and I was very uncomfortable I would have rather slept outside than that room.

It was clean and quiet I felt safe there

One thing that I disliked. I saw a couple of roaches. An exterminator (if spelled right) should be able to take care of that problem.

They are very rood and unprofessional he raised his voice at my with wife being rude i requested my requested my refund because whole im at work kicks and locs my girl out the room we been the same room for a week. I have spent over 100,s of dollars just for my wife to be locked outsife the room we paid for before check out at thet. When i have been showing up on my lunch break to pay for the room in full have been same time every day even informed the lady at front dreak i need and wantbmy refund ASAP OR IM REPORTING TO THE BBB

Torn up walls, cigarette burns on linens and bathtub/sink, spiders, roaches, and other bugs. Brown water. Disgusting.

The front desk couldn't find the reservation. Eventually it was found after 20 min wait. The room door had been heavily damaged. Didn't close securely.

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude. Didn’t speak when spoken to just looked like a puffy eyed raccoon caught in headlights. She’s always an issue. Don’t think she care for certain kind of people. Usually the rooms are clean but this time there were roaches crawling up the walls. We slept with the lights on. I wouldn’t recommend.

The stay was good and quiet. Location was very convenient.
