The staff were the best part of the stay! All were very friendly and doing their various tasks with care and consideration. The breakfast was good with a very helpful and cheerful staff member. The room was clean even though there is some wear and tear. The pool was clean and in good condition. Recommended for an economical stay.

staff was very helpful. We requested early check-in and we were in our room by 2. Since we came to visit our son it was helpful to get in our room early and spend the day with him.

Need upgrades

If you are alone, for a night, this will do. For what they charge is too expensive. The hot tub was saturated with clorox, the surroundings were dirty and the breakfast was terrible. Room and bathroom were clean.

I understand it this is an older hotel but there are some small upgrades that can help the stay. For example, a clock or lamp with a usb plug in. I assumed they would have at least one but there were none. The mattress was old and caved towards the middle a little but they did give me a 35% discount for my inconvenience. Thank you to the front staff, Jaz, for the understanding.

Its suited our 4 day over the weekend stay in Calgary. It was busy and so a bit noisy at night.

It's convenient for traveling to/from the zoo but the property is showing it's age. The hot tub walls were very dirty. The room was clean, as were the sheets and towels.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean. No complaints!

For a slightly older property, it was very neat, clean and well kept

The wife and i found this hotel to be just like home. the staff are very accommodating and friendly. the cleanliness is top notch. i would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved it very much

The staff where friendly, but the hotel is very outdated and in poor condition. You would expect more for $160/night. My daughter did love the water slide though.

Neat and tidy with good services

Ho- hum middle of the road hotel, except for five star staff. Dated, dark, nothing special, nothing bad.Nice little welcome package with a bottle of water, a cookie and chocolate berries, which was a nice touch. Pool looked good, but we didn’t use it. I guess I’d give it 3 ½ stars if I could. It was ok for the price.

Will stay here again when I come back to Calgary. Staff are very friendly and kind, the free breakfast is exeptional. Clean rooms. And accessible location.
